Courtney Parker is an experienced behavioral health leader specializing in clinical operations, organizational growth, quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement across inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. With a strong foundation in public health and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Courtney is dedicated to developing behavioral health services that provide patients with safe, high-quality, and accessible care.

As Chief Clinical Operations and Growth Officer for Consilient Interventional Healthcare, Courtney leads initiatives focused on expanding clinical services, developing healthcare partnerships, and aligning qualified psychiatric providers with hospitals, behavioral health facilities, correctional settings, and outpatient programs where their expertise is most needed. Her approach goes beyond simply filling provider vacancies, with an emphasis on understanding each facility’s clinical and operational needs and identifying providers who are well suited for the specific patient population and care environment.

Courtney also works closely with facility leadership and clinical teams to support provider performance, quality, compliance, and long-term program stability.
